Python Developer / Data Engineer - GCP (Hybrid)

About The Role

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Python Developer / Data Engineer (min. 5 years of experience) to join our team for Natixis projects in Portugal. You will be working on building enterprise-level data and backend solutions within a modern tech environment.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Min. 5 years of experience in Python development

- Hands-on experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform)

- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills

- Solid experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts

- Version control experience (Git, CI/CD pipelines)

- Containerization knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Fluency in English (written & spoken), French is a plus

- Location: Porto / Lisbon (Hybrid model)

Profil Recherché

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Python development and Data Engineering.

- Cloud & Tools: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Data & Databases: Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, ETL pipeline design, and Data Warehousing concepts.

- Engineering Practices: Solid background in Git versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices.

- Languages: Fluent in English (professional proficiency).

- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, team player, and good communication skills suited for a hybrid multi-cultural setup.
