About The Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer for our Connectivity team, reporting to the team lead. As a Software Engineer, you will work on different data storage solutions and be responsible for increasing our support for existing and new data solutions.

What You’ll Do

Design and write new connectivity components, APIs, and integrations.

Work in a scrum team with other developers and a team leader.

Participate in team planning, design, and reflection meetings, continuously improving the team’s capacity, estimation abilities, and product reliability.

What You’ll Bring

Experience:

3+ years of hands‑on experience in backend development, with a strong grasp of software engineering best practices.

Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in Java. Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD, and Kubernetes and Helm for deployment on AWS, with a strong grasp of software engineering best practices.

Education:

A degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Architectural experience:

You have made design decisions, defined technical direction, and guided teams through system evolution.

Strong understanding of distributed systems, RESTful APIs, databases, message queues, and multitenancy. Experience building and evolving microservices‑based architectures, ideally deployed in Kubernetes or similar container orchestration platforms.

A collaborative, communicative approach:

You are comfortable influencing across teams, mentoring engineers, and driving alignment. A proactive, ownership‑driven attitude—you seek out opportunities, solve problems before they arise, and take initiative to improve systems and processes.

Advantages
