For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field

5+ years of proven experience in Java development, with strong expertise in Spring/Spring Boot

Solid experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and API testing)

Strong understanding of software design principles (Clean Code, SOLID, maintainable architectures)

Strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform, with a DevOps-oriented mindset

Experience with Kafka and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools

Solid experience designing and operating microservices architectures

Solid experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Proficiency in Portuguese and English (minimum C1 level)

Fluency in French is a great plus

Availability for a hybrid work model, 2-3 times a week in the Porto or Lisbon offices (requires availability to relocate to Portugal )
