The Role:

ServiceNow Developer

Work Model:

hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

Eligibility:

Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

ServiceNow , ITSM, ServiceNow configuration, administration and development;

CMDB , ServiceNow Data Model, platform integration and automation;

ServiceNow Architecture, Platform Governance , technical documentation and troubleshooting.

Nice to have:

ITIL / ITIL Foundation , ITOM;

ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM, ServiceNow Development Certifications.

Responsibilities:

Configure, administer, develop and deploy ServiceNow , including CMDB, ITSM and platform components;

Design and manage ServiceNow technical architecture and integrations , using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub and related platform capabilities;

Manage and troubleshoot ServiceNow solutions , document technical/functional solutions and follow ServiceNow best practices.
