We are hiring a Junior Android Developer to join our growing team in Porto! As a Junior Android Developer, you will work closely with our experienced team to develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for our clients. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow while gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of mobile app development. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about Android development and eager to start their career in this field.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Android applications

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in Android development

Work closely with designers to ensure a seamless user experience

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong knowledge of Java and the Android SDK

Experience with Kotlin is a plus

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Salary

We are offering a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this position.

Location

This position is based in Porto. However, we are open to considering remote candidates from anywhere within Portugal.
