Your Mission

As a Python Developer, you will:

Develop and enhance core frameworks used for risk data integration and risk calculation engines.

Build scalable and maintainable software solutions that support critical business processes.

Contribute to the modernization and continuous improvement of the Risk Systems ecosystem.

Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with evolving business needs.

Participate in innovation initiatives and help drive technological improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications and frameworks.

Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.

Contribute to the architecture and technical design of new features and enhancements.

Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, secure, and performance-oriented.

Innovation & Problem Solving

Rapidly prototype solutions to validate new ideas, technologies, and concepts.

Explore innovative approaches to improve processes, automation, and system efficiency.

Identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and technical challenges, proposing effective solutions.

Contribute to strategic innovation initiatives across the Risk Systems organization.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

Ensure application performance, reliability, and responsiveness.

Develop and maintain automated tests, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.

Continuously improve development processes, tools, and frameworks.

Agile Collaboration

Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.

Participate actively in SAFe Agile ceremonies and team activities.

Contribute to incremental deliveries that respond effectively to changing business requirements.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience developing applications using Python.
