For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer

Demonstrates advanced mastery of Red Hat OpenShift — covering administration, security, operators, and routing — alongside deep expertise across the broader Kubernetes ecosystem.

Designs and maintains infrastructure as code using Ansible and Terraform to ensure consistent, repeatable environment provisioning and configuration management.

Builds and operates CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD, GitLab CI, or Jenkins, applying GitOps principles to streamline application delivery workflows.

Holds strong systems and networking foundations, including Linux administration on Red Hat and CentOS distributions, network protocols, and IT security practices.

Automates operational tasks and tooling through scripting in Python, Bash, or Go to reduce manual effort and improve platform reliability.

Leads by example within Agile teams — mentoring junior engineers, owning projects end-to-end, and translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders.
