Senior Java Backend Engineer | Azure Cloud | Kafka | Kubernetes | Terraform

We are looking for experienced Senior Java Backend Engineers to join a high-performing engineering team building scalable, cloud-native solutions in a modern microservices environment.

As a Senior Java Engineer, you will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from solution design and implementation to deployment, observability, and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to technical decisions, mentor colleagues, and help shape the future technical direction of the products you build.

What You'll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

- Participate in architecture and solution design discussions.

- Take ownership of code from development through deployment and maintenance.

- Diagnose and resolve production issues.

- Drive engineering best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Challenge business requirements to ensure the best possible technical solutions.

- Mentor and support other engineers through knowledge sharing and technical leadership.

- Contribute to technical hiring processes and engineering excellence initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

- 6+ years of professional experience in Java development.

- Strong experience with modern Java versions (17/21 preferred).

- Spring Boot.

- Terraform.

- Kafka.

- GitHub.
