Plasterboard Worker

We are in need of a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team in Porto and assist with various construction projects. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboard walls, ceilings, and partitions in both residential and commercial settings.

- Measure and cut plasterboard panels to fit designated areas

- Install plasterboard panels using screws or adhesive

- Tape and finish joints between panels for a smooth surface

- Apply coats of compound to cover joints and imperfections

- Sand, polish, and smooth surfaces for a professional finish

- Install insulation between wall studs before attaching plasterboard panels

- Ensure all work is completed according to safety guidelines

- Communicate with team members to coordinate project tasks

- Proven experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role

- Knowledge of different types of plasterboards, adhesives, and finishing compounds

- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately

- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment such as saws, drills, levels, etc.

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, bend, lift heavy materials, etc.

- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work

- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $900 per week for this full-time position.

Location: This role is based in Porto but may require travel within the surrounding areas for various projects.
