Full Stack Developer

Robotic Data is seeking to hire a Full Stack .NET Developer with strong backend and frontend skills

to support our Research and Development Team . This is a full-time permanent role with an immediate start date.

Selected candidates will be involved in architecting and developing our next generation online platform.

You must live in Porto, Portugal or be willing to relocate - as we have a business entity located in Porto.

What we expect from the candidate:

Ability to design, develop and support .NET applications with modern architecture

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Ability to work independently as needed, take ownership and deliver results

Required Experience:

Strong experience with

C# and .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

Good understanding of

Web API, RESTful services , and backend application design

Experience with

React

Strong experience in

SQL Server , including DB architecture, stored procedures, and performance optimization

Understanding of basic principles of working with Big Data / practical experience

Understanding of

Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core

Experience with

Redis , message brokers, or caching solutions

Ability to debug, test, and optimize both frontend and backend code

Good to have:

Experience with Docker and containerized deployments

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

Experience with microservices or distributed systems

Familiarity with SignalR/MQTT , real-time applications, or background services

Experience with unit testing, integration testing and test automation

Preferred Background:

3+ years of commercial experience in

.NET development

Experience delivering real-world web applications from concept to production
