We are looking for a

SOC Analyst

MAIN TASKS

Monitor and investigate cybersecurity alerts in a 24/7 SOC environment.

Perform Level 1/2 incident response and troubleshooting.

Manage security incidents and change requests according to established processes.

Analyze malware, suspicious activity, and security events.

Prioritize tickets based on SLAs and operational impact.

Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to improve detection and response capabilities.

Contribute to service improvements and operational excellence.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS

Minimum 3 years of experience in a SOC or similar cybersecurity environment.

Experience with security monitoring tools (Darktrace, CrowdStrike, GuardDuty, Sentinel, Splunk, etc.).

Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, MPLS, OSPF, BGP).

Experience handling incidents and security alerts.

Ability to work in a shift-based 24/7 environment.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Hybrid position based in Porto.

WHAT WE OFFER

This role offers a gross annual salary between

24.000€ to 39.000€ , defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.

Permanent contract (CTI).
