Software Engineer in Test (Automation on C#)

We are looking for a Software Engineer in Test to ensure high-quality, reliable software through a combination of manual and automated testing. You’ll work in an Agile/Scrum environment alongside Developers and the Product Owner, contributing across the full development lifecycle — from requirements to release - 100% Remote from anywhere in Portugal

Responsibilities

- Review user stories and define risk-based test strategies

- Design and execute Unit, Integration, E2E, Regression, Performance and Security tests

- Develop and maintain automated tests using Selenium or Playwright

- Work with SpecFlow (BDD) and NUnit/xUnit

- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines

- Validate REST APIs and SQL data

- Collaborate closely with the team during sprints and validate bug fixes

Requirements

- Degree in Computer Science or similar

- 2+ years of experience in QA or Software Engineer in Test roles

- Strong experience with C#

- Web automation experience (Selenium or Playwright)
