Job Description

We are looking to strengthen our Project Management team with a highly driven professional who wants to learn, evolve, and be part of a group that truly believes technology and people go hand in hand.

Your Mission

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading medium-to-large IT projects end-to-end, ensuring excellence in delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full project lifecycle delivery (scope, schedule, budget).

Proactively manage scope changes, preventing deviations that may impact timelines or financials.

Monitor progress continuously and mitigate risks before they escal…

Anticipate dependencies and operational challenges.

Ensure full resolution of all project topics — no loose ends.

Oversee project financials, ensuring profitability through cost control and resource optimization.

Produce accurate reporting and lead internal and client follow-up meetings.

Strengthen and own client relationships.

Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes and governance practices.

What We’re Looking For

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar areas.

7+ years of experience managing medium-to-large IT projects.

Proven ability to control scope, expectations, and project outcomes.

Strong stakeholder management and client ownership skills.

Experience improving project performance and profitability.

Solid risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).

Availability for hybrid work in a multicultural environment.

Valued Experience & Skills

Knowledge of Business Requirements Gathering methodologies and tools.

Experience drafting Functional Specifications.

Knowledge of Business Process Modeling (BPM) methodologies and automation.

Participation in BPM implementation projects.

Professional certifications in cybersecurity (plus).
