Senior .NET Developer, C#/.NET

Design and evolve scalable, distributed C# .NET solutions

Take end-to-end technical ownership from architecture and design through production support

Design and deploy solutions in an Azure Cloud environment

Implement CI/CD through Azure DevOps and automated deployment strategies

Work with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices

Use observability tooling throughout the development lifecycle

Collaborate closely with Tech Leads, QA, and Product to deliver reliable features end-to-end

Conduct code reviews and pair with engineers

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers

Lead engineers across teams without direct authority

Work in Agile delivery teams and own technical outcomes

Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record operating production systems at scale

Deep proficiency in C# and modern .NET development

Strong experience designing and deploying solutions in an Azure Cloud environment

Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and scalable architecture patterns

Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies (Azure DevOps)

Demonstrated experience owning the design of distributed systems and leading engineers across teams without direct authority

Proven ability to mentor and elevate other engineers through pairing and code review

Strong testing practices across unit, integration, and UI automation, with thorough code review habits

Experience working in Agile delivery teams with ownership of technical outcomes

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Fluent English, B2 (Upper Intermediate) minimum — required

Experience with React, HTML, CSS/SCSS for front-end collaboration (preferred)

Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments (preferred)

Experience with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or Azure Application Insights (preferred)

Experience using AI-assisted development tooling, e.g. GitHub Copilot and MCP servers (preferred)

Hands‑on experience with Terraform / Infrastructure-as-Code (preferred)
