A Senior Modern Workplace Cloud Engineer must have:

- Design and implement modern workplace cloud solutions to support business operations.

- Manage and optimize cloud-based platforms such as Sharepoint and One Drive, ensuring security and efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical requirements.

- Monitor and maintain system performance, resolving issues as they arise.

- Develop and document technical procedures and best practices.

- Support the integration of cloud technologies with existing IT infrastructure.

- Conduct regular system updates and ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams.

Perfil ideal

A successful Modern Workplace Cloud Engineer should have:

- Proven experience in managing and implementing cloud-based Microsoft 365 workplace solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Proficiency in system integration and performance optimization.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong documentation and communication skills.

- Communicate fluently in English, Portuguese is a Plus.

- Availability to travel to attend training and work related meetings.
