We are looking for an AI Solution Architect!

Responsabilities:

Lead

business analysis and discovery workshops

to understand business needs and challenges.

Translate business problems into

scalable technical and solution architectures .

Design

AI-enabled solutions

aligned with business objectives.

Bridge

business discovery, solution architecture and high-code delivery .

Define and evaluate different

architecture options , including estimates and technical approaches.

Design

integration and cloud architectures

for complex solutions.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define and validate solutions.

Prepare

architecture documentation and executive-level presentations .

Support the transition towards

AI-assisted and high-code solution delivery .

Requirements

Strong experience in

Business Analysis and discovery workshop facilitation .

Proven ability to translate

business requirements into technical/solution architecture .

Python

.NET

React

APIs

Strong experience in

integration and cloud architecture .

Practical understanding of

AI/LLM technologies , including:

AI Agents

RAG

LLM-based solutions

Experience producing

technical estimates, architecture options and executive-facing materials .

Ability to work across both

business and technical domains .

Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to support the evolution towards

AI-assisted, high-code solutions .

Not suitable for:

Pure Business Analyst profiles.

Pure Organizational Change Management profiles.

Ideal profile:

a

consultant/architect with strong technical foundations , capable of understanding the business problem, designing the architecture and guiding the delivery of AI-augmented, high-code solutions.
