AI Engineer Java/Python

We are looking for an

AI Engineer

to join a team building next-generation Artificial Intelligence capabilities focused on

AI Agents, MCP Servers, Orchestration Platforms, Enterprise Integrations, Knowledge Retrieval, Automation Workflows, and Conversational Interfaces .

The team is building an enterprise AI platform that integrates with core business systems and provides reusable AI services for internal users and business applications.

The platform includes:

AI Agents

MCP Servers

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

AI Orchestration Services

Conversational Interfaces

Enterprise Integrations

Knowledge Retrieval Services

Event-Driven Workflows

The goal is to create a secure, scalable, and modular architecture capable of supporting future AI-driven business initiatives.

Your Mission

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing components that enable:

Interactions between AI Agents

MCP Server capabilities

Enterprise tool integrations

Orchestration services

Event-driven APIs and workflows

Secure access to enterprise data and services

Key Responsibilities

AI Platform & MCP Development

Develop and maintain MCP Servers and AI Platform services

Build integrations between AI Agents and enterprise applications

Design modular APIs and service orchestration layers

Implement tool connectors and structured action frameworks

Develop context management and context retrieval services

Contribute to the evolution of the platform architecture

Build scalable backend services using Java and/or Python

Design asynchronous and event-driven architectures

Integrate APIs, Kafka, databases, and cloud services

Optimize performance, observability, and reliability

Integrate LLMs into enterprise workflows

Work with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases

Improve context management and agent orchestration capabilities

Contribute to AI governance and secure AI implementation practices

Software Engineering Excellence

Apply modern engineering practices and standards

Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing

Work with trunk-based development methodologies

Participate in architecture and technical design discussions

Support production operations and continuous improvement initiatives

Mandatory Requirements

Technical Skills

Strong experience with

Java

Experience with

Python

Experience building backend APIs and distributed systems

Strong understanding of REST APIs

Experience with asynchronous and event-driven architectures

Experience with Kafka or similar messaging platforms

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Professional English communication skills
