DevOps Platform Engineer

We’re hiring | DevOps Platform Engineer

We’re looking for a DevOps Platform Engineer to join a dynamic and international environment, contributing to the design, automation and evolution of modern cloud-native platforms.

You will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable Kubernetes environments, enabling development teams through automation and delivering robust CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy and maintain Kubernetes-based platforms (OpenShift, Rancher, GKE, OKD)

Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions and Argo CD

Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)

Manage cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS and GCP environments

Support application lifecycle management using Helm and GitOps practices

Ensure platform reliability through monitoring, observability and performance optimization

Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment processes and developer experience

Contribute to internal platform tooling and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

+ 2 years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering roles

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes ecosystems (OpenShift, Rancher, GKE, OKD)

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo CD)

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Experience with Terraform and Ansible for automation and provisioning

Good understanding of Linux, networking and security fundamentals

Experience with Python scripting for automation

Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.)

Fluency in English

Lisbon/Porto – Hybrid (2x week/office)
