PREREQUISITES
Education:
Hospitality/Business Administration and MBA.
Languages:
English, French, Germany and Spanish - Advanced proficiency
Other Requirements:
· Greater experience in highly complex operations, luxury business, and leading large teams (over 300 employees);
· Office Microsoft Suite;
· Availability to Travel outside your home country. We have units in Brazil – Porto de Galinhas and in Portugal – Madeira Island.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and inspire a diverse team, including departments such as lodging, food and beverage, recreation, security, and maintenance. Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment;
Ensure all aspects of the resort meet or exceed 5-star quality standards, from customer service to facility maintenance and food and beverage quality;
Manage all resort operations, including accommodation, restaurants, leisure activities, and spa services. Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and maximize profitability;
Prioritize guest satisfaction, ensuring each guest has a memorable stay. Respond promptly to concerns and requests, maintaining high-level service;
Establish and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, travel agencies, and other business partners to ensure the provision of high-quality services;
Ensure the resort complies with all government regulations, including those related to safety, health, and licensing;
Be prepared to handle emergencies or crises, coordinating the team's response and ensuring the safety of guests and employees;
Promote sustainable practices at the resort, reducing environmental impact and adopting corporate social responsibility measures;
Collect feedback from guests and the team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions;
Actively participate in Enotel training programs, applying all acquired knowledge and ensuring full utilization of the SEG System (Enotel Management System).
