As an Engineering Manager , you'll play a key role in our innovative team dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for our global customers.

What You'll Do: Manage a squad of talented engineers by providing mentorship.
Lead, inspire and ensure psychological safety on your team.
Oversee 5-8 passionate software engineers.
Ensure that your team has the needed space to achieve both personal and professional goals.
Organise and plan team goals and priorities.
Be a technical advisor and contributor as much as needed, helping your team and other teams.
Proactively engage with other teams, managers, architects and analysts.
Be able to communicate and manage efficiently different stakeholders.
Promote best technology and software development practices into the team with passion and enthusiasm.
Contribute to the whole development cycle, analysis, implementation, testing and operation.
Deliver products our customer’s love.
What You'll Bring: Previous experience managing software engineering teams (mandatory).
An agile and dynamic approach to delivery.
Great communication and management skills.
Good people skills to navigate through a highly diverse organization.
Engineering expertise in Software development (Backend or Frontend).
Previous experience of modern Architecture, Frameworks & Design Patterns.
Relentless focus on our customer’s experience and application performance.
Continuous Integration/Deployment tools and processes.
Ability to work well in a team, self-driven and eager to learn.
Creative thinking, analytical skills, with attention to detail Fluent in English.
