What Will Be Your Day-to-Day?

As an Application Support Analyst, you will be expected to provide timely resolution of functional issues in a complex financial environment, with various applications and architecture.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Manage production incidents and user requests

Collaborate with business and technical teams to support the day-to-day activities

Perform continuous monitoring of systems stability

Provide relevant, high quality and timely communication to the customer

Finally, get prepared to learn the best Application Support practices and gain financial expertise with experienced professionals.

What We're Looking For?

Bachelors/Master in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experience

Proficiency in English

Knowledge of SQL (SQL Server and Oracle), Unix/Linux systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work in a multitasking environment

Patience when handling difficult cases

Commitment and desire to deliver high quality in your work

Team spirit, high energy and initiative
