Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Application Support

Solid experience with SQL

Knowledge of ITIL processes

Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)

Fluency in English (expert level)

Availability for a hybrid work model in Lisbon (2-3 days a week on-site)
