Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Application Support
- Solid experience with SQL
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Fluency in English (expert level)
- Availability for a hybrid work model in Lisbon (2-3 days a week on-site)
