Application Production Support

We are looking for an

Application Production Support Specialist

to ensure the continuity, stability and quality of production services across critical banking applications.

You’ll work closely with

Development, Infrastructure, Business and IT teams , contributing to application management, production support, releases, migrations, automation and digital transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the

first point of contact

for IT Production-related requests and enquiries

• Manage and resolve

incidents, problems, service requests and changes , ensuring agreed SLAs are met

• Monitor application and infrastructure environments and proactively identify issues

• Prepare environments and support

releases, testing and production deployments

• Support migrations, re-hosting, batch configuration and infrastructure changes

• Communicate effectively with users, Developers, Business Analysts and other stakeholders

• Contribute to

automation, monitoring, DevOps and continuous improvement

initiatives

• Follow ITIL processes, IT Security recommendations and operational best practices

Technical Skills

Security

• PGP / GPG

• TLS / SSL

• SSH, PKI, Certificates

• SAST / DAST

Service Management

• ServiceNow

• JIRA

• ITSM / ITIL

• Agile

Banking / financial services experience is a strong plus.

Language

English – Fluent
