We are looking for a Production Support Engineer - Cloud & Kubernetes

Are you passionate about application reliability, Cloud technologies and continuous improvement? This opportunity might be for you!

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 functional and technical support for production applications.

Manage incidents and problems, perform root-cause analyses, and implement remediation actions.

Ensure application performance, availability and service continuity, meeting agreed service levels.

Prepare, assess, implement and monitor application changes.

Maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, audit deliverables and regular reporting.

Identify and implement optimization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Proven experience in application production support, including incident and problem management.

Strong expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.

Strong expertise in Cloud environments.

Practical experience with cross-system file transfers and associated tools.

Hands-on experience with MQSeries / IBM MQ.

Ability to investigate technical issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Team-oriented mindset, with effective coordination and communication skills.

Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Basic knowledge of French.

Position based in Lisbon.

This role offers a gross annual salary between

€24.500 and €47,500 , defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.

Permanent contract (CTI).
