We are looking for a Production Support Engineer – Cloud & Kubernetes

MAIN TASKS

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 functional and technical support for production applications.

- Manage incidents and problems, perform root-cause analyses, and implement remediation actions.

- Ensure application performance, availability and service continuity, meeting agreed service levels.

- Prepare, assess, implement and monitor application changes.

- Maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, audit deliverables and regular reporting.

- Identify and implement optimization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS

- Proven experience in application production support, including incident and problem management.

- Strong expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.

- Strong expertise in Cloud environments.

- Practical experience with cross-system file transfers and associated tools.

- Hands-on experience with MQSeries / IBM MQ.

- Ability to investigate technical issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Team-oriented mindset, with effective coordination and communication skills.

- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

- Basic knowledge of French.

- Position based in Lisbon.

- This role offers a gross annual salary between €24.500 and €47,500, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.
