Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at Syone. As a technology company specializing in nearshore outsourcing and managed services, we're looking for someone with a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within IT industry. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our company.

What you'll do:

Develop and execute effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs to drive brand awareness and lead generation;

Act as inside sales person, collaborating with the sales team to qualify MQLs and convert them to SQLS;

Interview stakeholders and Syone representatives to produce client cases;

Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website management, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing;

Oversee the planning and execution of marketing automation and email campaigns, ensuring proper lead nurturing and client relationship management;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with Sales and People Experience;

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, including webinars, conferences, workshops, and trade shows, to generate brand awareness, leads, and business opportunities;

Plan, coordinate and execute employer branding campaigns in sync with the HR department.

What you will need to bring:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT and fintech sectors

Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing automation, and analytics tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and deliver compelling presentations

Experience in managing and mentoring a marketing team

Strong project management and organizational skills

Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Tools and Technology Experience:

Marketing Automation and CRM: Proficiency in Hubspot.

Digital Marketing and Analytics: Hands-on experience with SEO tools, such as Google Search Console, paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Ads), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Social Media Management: Experience using social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer) for managing and tracking social media campaigns.

Content Management: Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Hubspot and WordPress) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Microsoft Office).

Project Management: Experience using project management tools (e.g., Trello or Jira) to plan, organize, and track marketing projects and campaigns.
