We are a real estate developer and hotel group based in Lisbon, specializing in the execution of highly complex hotel construction and refurbishment projects.
The Lakhani Group is a family-owned group with 40 years of activity in the property renovation (real estate development) hotels and university residences management.
Due to our exponential growth in immigration / Golden Visa, where in 2023 we made over 1000 applications, the group recently launched its own collective investment scheme (Venture Capital Fund, licensed and approved by CMVM) eligible for the “Golden Visa Program”.
We are looking to strengthen our team to publicize this project to high network individuals as well as to our international partners.
Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at The Lakhani Group, you will take the lead in cultivating corporate accounts, expanding partner relationships, and converting qualified leads into clients / investors (high net worth individuals).
You will present our "Golden Visa / Citizenship through Investment" products including our Venture Capital Fund to investors and partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Maintain and manage relationships with Corporate Accounts, namely our international business partners.
· Develop and implement strategies to increase corporate account revenue and loyalty.
· Proactively engage with immigration and citizenship through investment agencies, worldwide.
· Business management B2B and B2C
· Be a proactive member in business development.
· Implement proactive sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities.
· Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the industry.
Reporting:
· Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends and account management activities.
Other Activities.
· Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
· Proven 3-5 years sales experience.
· Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
· Proven success in developing and managing corporate accounts.
· Knowledge of the local and international business environment.
· Fluency in English and Portuguese. Other languages will be considered.
· Familiarity with sales and CRM tools.
· Knowledge of financial markets is an advantage.

Job Description THE LAKHANI GROUP is a Lisbon-based hotel development and construction group committed to creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces in the hospitality sector. With a strong reputation for delivering high quality designs that blend functionality and creativity, we are looking for an experienced Brand Coordinator to join our team in Portugal. As the Brand coordinator for L hotels & Wyndham hotels, you will support the development of new concepts and refinement of existing features and will assist with the delivery and implementation of brand design across all touchpoints.
Key Accountabilities
Work with Marketing Manager to develop, refine, and implement brand design strategies/initiatives across all touchpoints, focusing on hotel design and on- property delivery
Ensure that all brand design elements align with the brand's values, messaging, and overall identity
Stay up-to-date with industry and competitive trends and new design methodologies, incorporating these insights into the brand's design approach
Collaborate with key stakeholders including members of the Marketing team, Operations, Development and Architecture & Design to support the 3-to-5-year brand design roadmaps Utilize consumer insights, competitive analysis, and hotel feedback to support continuous improvement opportunities to the hotel design to ensure competitiveness, consistency, and quality of the guest experience
Manage annual budget guidance of projects as well as total build cost model associated with the design initiatives
Oversee brand standards publishing to ensure effective deployment of all brand design solutions
Support the development of tools, training and communications required to implement change management (e.g. design guides, renovation toolkits, etc.)
Develop measurement and analytical methodologies to support the strategic and tactical remit of the design
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a relevant field of work or an equivalent
Experience – 2-5 years progressive work-related experience in brand management, product management and/or design related to related to the position, including multiple project management.
