Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability by monitoring infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and working closely with development teams. This L8 role offers hybrid work in Lisbon with potential transition to Mastercard.

Responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of systems by monitoring and troubleshooting issues, automating key processes, and optimizing deployment pipelines. You will work closely with development teams to integrate and deploy applications seamlessly while implementing security best practices and compliance standards. Your role will involve managing monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace, developing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and XLRelease, and working within platforms like PCF. Additionally, you will focus on incident response, system automation, and maintaining a reliable infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to improve reliability.

- Analyze system performance and conduct root cause analysis of incidents.

- Develop and manage monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes.

- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.

- Automate configuration and monitoring.

- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

- Implement security best practices and compliance standards.

- Document processes, tools, and workflows to streamline operations.

- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure systems infrastructure.

- 3+ years of SRE/DevOps experience (L8 level)
