SRE/DevOps Engineer

Role Summary

The main responsibility is to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operation of the company’s IT infrastructure and network management systems, applying Site Reliability Engineering principles.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT infrastructure or system engineering roles

Hands-on experience managing servers, networks, and core IT services

Experience operating and supporting Network Management Systems (NMS)

Experience working in a 24/7 operational or mission-critical environment is an advantage

Specialized Knowledge

IT infrastructure architecture and operations

Network Management Systems and network monitoring

Anti-DDoS protection principles and solutions.

DHCP and DNS server administration

Server, storage, and virtualisation technologies

Basic understanding of IT security and access control

Skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and operational reliability

Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities

Structured and proactive approach to system maintenance

Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Administration of Linux and/or Windows servers

Experience with Network Management Systems (NMS)

Operation of Anti-DDoS solutions

Administration of DHCP and DNS servers

Experience with storage systems and server infrastructure

Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and ticketing systems

Containers: Docker

High Availability: HAProxy

DevOps & Automation:

CI/CD: Self-hosted GitLab, Jenkins

Configuration Management: Ansible

Other Technology Skills (Optional)

Analytical: ClickHouse

Caching: Redis

Data Processing: ETL: Pentaho + custom scripts

Querying: Redash
