MuleSoft Platform Expert !

Responsabilities:

Own

L3 platform operations

for MuleSoft environments, ensuring stability, scalability and performance.

Manage and continuously improve

MuleSoft Flex Gateway / Omni Gateway .

Lead

production incident resolution , including Root Cause Analysis and corrective actions.

Automate platform deployments and upgrades using

Terraform, CI/CD and OpenShift .

Drive

continuous service improvement

and act as a technical reference for international teams and providers.

Your profile:

Strong expertise in

MuleSoft platform administration , ideally including

Flex Gateway / Omni Gateway .

Advanced knowledge of

Terraform, GitHub, Argo CD and CI/CD pipelines .

Strong experience with

OpenShift

and production environments.

Good understanding of

AWS and Azure .

Solid knowledge of

API security , including OAuth/OIDC, authentication, authorization and certificate lifecycle management.

Strong knowledge of

ITIL, incident and change management .

Excellent

stakeholder communication

skills and experience working in multicultural, international environments.

Autonomous, analytical and comfortable taking ownership of complex operational challenges.

Fluency in English.
