We are looking for an Okta Engineer to join our Modern Identity team. We are looking for someone with hands-on Okta experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and an interest in developing their consulting expertise in a customer-facing environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IAM, with hands-on experience in Okta;
- Good understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, access control, and lifecycle management;
- Working knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM;
- Experience with Okta, particularly SSO, MFA, Universal Directory, and Lifecycle Management;
- Experience configuring Okta policies, access rules, and workflows;
- Experience integrating Okta with SaaS platforms and enterprise applications;
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or APIs;
- Good communication skills and ability to work with customers and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Okta environments according to customer requirements;
- Support SSO, MFA, Universal Directory, and Lifecycle Management implementations;
- Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and integration issues;
- Support Okta integrations with applications and systems;
- Work directly with customers to understand and resolve IAM challenges;
- Create technical documentation and troubleshooting guides;
- Collaborate with senior consultants and technical teams on IAM projects.
