Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and maintenance for the company's IT infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions.

- Ensure the security and integrity of the IT systems and data.

- Manage and monitor cloud-based services, with a focus on Azure.

- Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.

- Evaluate and recommend system improvements and optimizations.

- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience as an IT System Engineer or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services.

- Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Familiarity with network infrastructure, virtualization, and server administration.

- European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.

- Availability to work on-site two to three times per week.
