Data Analyst

Job Description

As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for collecting organizing and analyzing large sets of data to identify trends and make informed business decisions You will work closely with various teams and departments to understand their data needs and provide valuable insights This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to think critically

Responsibilities

- Collect and organize data from various sources

- Use statistical methods to analyze data sets

- Identify patterns and trends in the data

- Create reports and visualizations to present findings

- Collaborate with teams to understand data needs

- Provide recommendations based on data analysis

- Monitor data quality and accuracy

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics or related field

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel

- Experience with statistical analysis tools eg R Python

- Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information in a clear manner

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

- Knowledge of database design principles

- Familiarity with data visualization tools eg Tableau is a plus

Salary $1300 per month

Location Porto Portugal
