Job Description

We are looking for a

Scrum Master

with +6 years of experience:

Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring that all team members are engaged and productive.

Remove impediments, creating conditions for the team to become more effective.

Act as a liaison between the IT team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and requirements in both

French

and

English .

Maintain documentation related to Agile processes, sprint goals, and team progress, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.

Location: Porto or Lisbon, mandatory location in Portugal

Regime: Hybrid, 2x week in the office

Level of Experience: Senior (+7 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,750 to €3,500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
