YOUR ROLE

You are a Scrum Master / Project Manager with 3 years of experience, bringing a proactive mindset and a strong focus on delivering value. You thrive in Agile environments, facilitating collaboration, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement within multidisciplinary teams.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews)

Support and coach multidisciplinary teams in Agile practices and ways of working

Identify impediments, promote their resolution, and ensure follow-up actions are implemented

Monitor team performance through metrics and simple reporting

Analyze relationships between team practices and delivery outcomes

Propose and track continuous improvement initiatives based on data and observations

Promote the adoption of Agile best practices and support team maturity growth

Anticipate risks, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring they are managed until resolution

Contribute to improving predictability, quality, and efficiency of deliveries

YOUR PROFILE

3 years of experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager

Scrum Master certification (PSM I or CSM)

Experience facilitating Agile multidisciplinary teams

Strong understanding of Agile principles and continuous improvement mindset

Ability to identify causal relationships between practices and team performance

Solid technical knowledge to interact effectively with development teams

Proactive attitude with strong ownership and execution skills

Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Strong communication and facilitation skills

Team player with a collaborative approach

Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and Agile evolution
