We are seeking a skilled

Application Production Support Engineer | Banking Sector

eager to take on new challenges in a

hybrid work model in Lisbon.

Are you the one?

+4 years of experience

Manage and resolve production incidents, requests, changes, and problems

Monitor applications and infrastructure to ensure service continuity

Support releases, deployments, and production testing activities

Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams

Contribute to automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills:

SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Sybase) | Linux/Unix and Windows Server | ITSM / ServiceNow / Jira | Application or Production Support experience | Incident Management and troubleshooting skills

Nice to Have: Banking or financial services experience | Monitoring, DevOps, Jenkins, Ansible, Dynatrace | Networking, Security, Cloud, or Infrastructure knowledge
