We are looking for a ServiceNow L3 Developer to join a hybrid project in Sintra, Lisbon.

Salary range: up to 40.900€ annual gross.

Profile:

- 3 to 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform architecture within multi-module environments;

- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Python, SQL, XML, and PowerShell scripting;

- Deep understanding of REST/SOAP Web Services, system integrations, and process automation;

- Proven experience with Directory Services (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP) and Infrastructure Automation (Ansible, Terraform);

- Exposure to ServiceNow Orchestration, containers/cloud (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS/AKS), and ITIL frameworks (ServiceNow certification preferred);

- Professional fluency in English (mandatory); French language skills are a plus;

- Availability for a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities:

- Drive automation solutions for application support, infrastructure deployments, monitoring, and proactive alerting;

- Design and implement ServiceNow platform enhancements, complex integrations, and automated self-service capabilities;

- Support ServiceNow platform upgrades, release coordination, and production deployment cycles;

- Develop internal support tools, operational reports, metrics, and comprehensive technical documentation;

- Collaborate closely with onsite, offshore, IT infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
