We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to productionize scalable and reliable ML solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage machine learning models in production environments.
- Build and maintain ML-focused CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor model performance, failures, and operational metrics, implementing appropriate alerting.
- Develop clean, maintainable, reusable, and testable Python code.
- Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers on model deployment and data transformation.
- Optimize model response times, production performance, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to model retraining automation and the progressive development of MLOps practices.
Must-have requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning.
- Strong Python skills, including OOP, design patterns, project structuring, and testing with pytest or unittest.
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure for ML workloads.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Experience deploying models with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with model optimization, compression, monitoring, and ML versioning practices.
- Experience developing model-serving APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
- Understanding of Git workflows, pull requests, and code reviews.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
