Application Support Engineer

  • €30.000 - €45.000

Job Description

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to join our team and provide technical support and maintenance for business-critical applications and infrastructure.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Support or similar roles.

- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.

- Experience with Control-M/BMC or other enterprise schedulers.

- Scripting knowledge in Shell, Python and/or PowerShell.

- Experience with JBoss, Tomcat, Apache or IIS.

- Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL.

- Experience with monitoring tools, ideally Zabbix or Grafana.

- Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, Kerberos, Firewalls and Reverse Proxies.

- Basic knowledge of networking and container-based infrastructures.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Work Model

Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office (Porto or Lisbon).
