ABOUT PORTO & POSITION

To support our European intensive growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim to provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, we are seeking for a Application support analyst.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Resolving 80% of user tickets through your in-depth knowledge of business tools and data management,

Analyzing and diagnosing issues reported by users, identifying root causes (functional or technical),

Working with databases to extract, correct, or validate data using advanced SQL queries,

Collaborating with development teams to elevate complex issues or propose functional improvements,

Contributing to continuous improvement of support processes and data management.

PROFILE

You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role (Level 2 support, functional analysis, data management),

Functional expertise in business tools (HR, project management, CRM, etc.),

First experience with a CMS (Wordpress, others),

Advanced SQL skills: ability to write complex queries (joins, subqueries, aggregate functions), optimize queries, and analyze database schemas,

Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and microservices architectures,

Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
