Job Description

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to support and maintain business-critical applications in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2/L3 application support.

- Investigate and resolve incidents and production issues.

- Monitor batch processes and application performance.

- Work closely with business, operations, and development teams.

- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

- Experience in Application Support, Production Support, or IT Operations.

- Linux and/or Windows Server administration.

- SQL and database troubleshooting.

- Shell scripting or automation knowledge.

- Experience with ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar).

Nice to Have

- Oracle Database, PL/SQL, Oracle E-Business Suite.

- Apache, Tomcat, JBoss.

- Control-M, CFT.

- Dynatrace or monitoring tools.

- DevOps tools such as Jenkins, XL Deploy, or ArgoCD.
