We are seeking a skilled Application Production Support Engineer | Banking Sector eager to take on new challenges in a hybrid work model in Lisbon.

Are you the one?

- +4 years of experience

- Manage and resolve production incidents, requests, changes, and problems

- Monitor applications and infrastructure to ensure service continuity

- Support releases, deployments, and production testing activities

- Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure teams

- Contribute to automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives

- Key Skills: SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL or Sybase) | Linux/Unix and Windows Server | ITSM / ServiceNow / Jira | Application or Production Support experience | Incident Management and troubleshooting skills

- Nice to Have: Banking or financial services experience | Monitoring, DevOps, Jenkins, Ansible, Dynatrace | Networking, Security, Cloud, or Infrastructure knowledge

- ITIL Certification
