Electrical Supervisor – Hyperscale Data Centre

Salary: €75,000 + Benefits

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major hyperscale data centre development in Setubal, Portugal.

You will take responsibility for the site delivery of a £10m electrical package, focused predominantly on cabling and containment, overseeing the installation team and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor looking to join a significant mission-critical project, with relocation support available for candidates moving to Portugal.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

- Supervising electrical installation teams on site

- Overseeing a £10m cabling and containment package

- Coordinating daily site activities, labour and subcontractors

- Monitoring installation progress against the construction programme

- Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality requirements

- Carrying out inspections and identifying installation issues before they impact programme

- Coordinating with Project Managers, Construction Managers and other disciplines

- Managing site productivity and helping drive programme milestones

- Ensuring high standards of health & safety across all electrical activities

- Supporting testing, inspections, snagging and handover activities

What We're Looking For

- Strong electrical construction background

- Previous experience supervising electrical installation teams

- Excellent knowledge of cabling, cable containment and associated electrical installations

- Experience delivering large-scale commercial, industrial or mission-critical projects

- Strong understanding of site safety, quality and programme requirements

- Ability to manage teams and maintain productivity in a fast-paced construction environment

- Data centre experience is highly advantageous but not essential for candidates with strong large-project electrical experience
