Role Summary
The Electrical Supervisor will oversee electrical installation activities on site, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily electrical installation works.
Manage subcontractors and site electricians.
Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and permit systems.
Monitor progress against project schedules.
Review drawings and resolve site issues.
Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and commissioning teams.
Support testing, commissioning, and energisation activities.
Maintain site records and daily reports.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience on energy, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Experience with LV/MV installations.
Strong understanding of electrical drawings and specifications.
Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors.
Good working knowledge of health and safety practices.
