Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights. The role involves creating reports, data visualizations, and dashboards to support decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include extracting data from various sources, performing data cleaning and validation, and conducting statistical analyses. The Data Analyst is also expected to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Proficient in analytical skills and data analytics

- Knowledge of statistics and data modeling

- Strong communication skills for effectively conveying complex data insights

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Experience in the hiring or recruitment industry is an asset
