For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

- 6+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer

- Demonstrates advanced mastery of Red Hat OpenShift — covering administration, security, operators, and routing — alongside deep expertise across the broader Kubernetes ecosystem.

- Designs and maintains infrastructure as code using Ansible and Terraform to ensure consistent, repeatable environment provisioning and configuration management.

- Builds and operates CI/CD pipelines with ArgoCD, GitLab CI, or Jenkins, applying GitOps principles to streamline application delivery workflows.

- Holds strong systems and networking foundations, including Linux administration on Red Hat and CentOS distributions, network protocols, and IT security practices.

- Automates operational tasks and tooling through scripting in Python, Bash, or Go to reduce manual effort and improve platform reliability.

- Leads by example within Agile teams — mentoring junior engineers, owning projects end-to-end, and translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders.

- Fluency in English (B2)

- Fluency in French (B2)

- Availability for Hybrid model, 2/3x a week based in Lisbon or Porto

- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
