The Role:

ServiceNow Developer

Work Model:

hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

Eligibility:

Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

- ServiceNow, ITSM, ServiceNow configuration, administration and development;

- CMDB, ServiceNow Data Model, platform integration and automation;

- ServiceNow Architecture, Platform Governance, technical documentation and troubleshooting.

Nice to have:

- ITIL / ITIL Foundation, ITOM;

- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM, ServiceNow Development Certifications.

Responsibilities:

- Configure, administer, develop and deploy ServiceNow, including CMDB, ITSM and platform components;

- Design and manage ServiceNow technical architecture and integrations, using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub and related platform capabilities;

- Manage and troubleshoot ServiceNow solutions, document technical/functional solutions and follow ServiceNow best practices.
