Technical Lead .Net

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions using .NET technologies;

- Define and enforce best practices, coding standards and architectural guidelines;

- Act as a technical reference for the team, providing mentoring and support;

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions;

- Ensure code quality, performance, security and scalability of applications;

- Oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes;

- Identify risks, remove blockers and ensure timely delivery;

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;

- 5+ years of experience in software development with .NET (C#);

- Proven experience in a Tech Lead or similar role;

- Strong experience with ASP.NET Core / Web APIs;

- Solid knowledge of microservices architecture, design patterns and SOLID principles;

- Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework Core;

- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure);

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.);

- Experience with Docker (Kubernetes is a plus);

- Knowledge of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ or Service Bus);

- Experience with unit and integration testing;

- Strong communication and leadership skills;

- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage technical decisions;

- European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency;

- Availability to go to the office once or twice per week.
