Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Proven leadership experience in customer service or operations, especially in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth through customer service improvements
Financial expertise in managing operational efficiency and budgets
